CCS Coaches and Administrators,

To submit your roster online, please complete the accompanying form as follows:

1. Input school, administration, and coach information.

2. Input the total number of players on your team in the open field below.

3. Click ‘specify number of players’. [by clicking this hyperlink, the appropriate number of input fields will appear for each player on your team]

4. Please input information regarding each individual player.

5. Click ‘Send Roster'.

If you absolutely cannot fill out this form, please e-mail your roster in a Word Document or Excel Spread Sheet to justin@sectionsports.com. Please include identical information to that requested in the online form.

In the worst case, coaches, you may fax rosters to 408-668-0870. Again, please make sure that all requested information is present.
